I have saw it three times now so I think I can give a good assessment. Here are my top 5 favorite scenes in the movie.
5. Paul and Jacob fighting. The whole scene when Bella punches Paul and Jacob changes is utterly amazing! Paul and Jacobs fight was breathtaking! The noises the wolves make are incredible!
4. The almost kiss! No matter how much I love Edward I so wanted that kiss to happen! The chemistry between them is wonderful.
3. Chasing Victoria in the woods. This scene is beautiful. Everything about it. Victoria looks amazing. Her hair is flaming red. The wolves look awesome and the song, Hearing Damage by Thom Yorke makes it perfect. Kudos to Chris Weitz on such a visual and beautiful scene.
2. The ending. Sure they changed it a little. They kinda added two scenes together. All the necessary info was still there. My heart breaks for Jacob every time I see this scene! They way he says Bella…sigh. Not to mention Edward freakin Cullen proposing!
1. When Bella confronts Jacob in the rain. What a great scene! It was played out perfectly! Its the first time we see Jake after the transformation and Taylor does an amazing job of letting us know that things have changed…he has changed. Plus, Jacob is shirtless and dripping wet…..
That was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be so I’m going to make a almost made the cut list!

Those are some of my favorite as well. Except for the almost kiss scene. No matter how gorgeous Taylor Lautner is, I'm still Team Edward and I was going to jump through the screen and punch Bella in the face if she kissed him! Haha.
My favorite scene, though it's probably the dullest, was the changing of the seasons. When Bella was sitting by her window, and the camera circled around her. It was so heartbreaking. :[
Great choices. There were some awesome scenes in New Moon, but my favorite scene has to be when Bella is leaving for Italy and Jacob begs her to stay. Jacob's expression is just so heartbreaking when he backs away from the car.

Oh my gosh girl! The scene in the rain….there are really no words to describe what I felt. I wanted to cry like a little baby, but I held it in like a big girl to save myself the embarrassment. lol.
The garage with Jake scenes were totally my favorites, and they only made the almost made it list. I just resaw it for th second time, and I can't get over how awesome Jake was. Wow!
I also loved the Bella confronting Jacob in the rain scene. I am so glad that she and Jake seemed to have chemistry, since she and Edward, in my opinion, had none.

Jacob (Taylor) shirtless is what I want for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Good God is he mouth watering!
The almost kiss scene was ok. I'm a Team Edward girl all the way when it comes to Bella. I do feel oh so bad for Jacob though.

KatieDoll, I love that scene too! The break up, to me, wasn't sad at all but that scene with that song and the e-mail to Alice was heartbreaking!

I LOVED the months passing – I was not sure how that would play out but it was AMAZING the way they did it…though LOL Not sure I could have come up with my top 5 – wow you did an amazing job!
SOO many great parts to that one…I am almost sad the wait is over, that I have seen it 2 times already – its like I want my anticipation back – though I know that now I can anticipate Eclipes
Oh wow, I cannot agree with you more! Basically the whole movie is like a piece of art! I loved the whole entire thing! I could say that I loved every scene, but then I would go on and on. Haha.
It was also soooo sad when Harry died! I had tears in my eyes. :'(
