Series: Iron Fey #1.5
Meghan Chase used to be an ordinary girl…until she discovered that she is really a faery princess. After escaping from the clutches of the deadly Iron fey, Meghan must follow through on her promise to return to the equally dangerous Winter Court with her forbidden love, Prince Ash. But first, Meghan has one request: that they visit Puck–Meghan’s best friend and servant of her father, King Oberon–who was gravely injured defending Meghan from the Iron Fey.
Yet Meghan and Ash’s detour does not go unnoticed. They have caught the attention of an ancient, powerful hunter–a foe that even Ash may not be able to defeat….
This is shaping up to be a excellent series! I was pretty smitten with The Iron King by Julie Kagawa, so I was wondering if the rest of the series would live up to it. If the 70 page short story is any indication, then yes, yes it will.
Winter’s Passage picks up right where we left off in The Iron King. Meghan has to live up to her side of the bargain with Ash. She must go to the Winter Court. She doesn’t know what will happen to her there, but that’s just the least of her worries. Getting there is proving to be difficult enough.
Meghan and Ash made this short story fantastic. Although I am Team Puck, I can appreciate Ash…This book will definitely satisfy your Faerie hungry while you wait for Iron Daughter, but be warned it will also leave you wanting more!
