  1. You’re so right—I want green and sunshine, even with the allergies! I enjoyed winter even less because it was so mild this year.

Drat! I entered the US giveaway too, but I can’t! I’m so sorry :(

  6. I laughed when the groundhog pronounced six more weeks of winter. What winter? Did I miss it? But yeah being in the middle waiting for something is just no fun. I would rather spring just came. Though the lack of winter will have some repercussions. I also agree that books are just the thing to make it better.

Here in Germany there wasn’t a real winter, too, until a few weeks ago – it got really cold, we got snow etc. Just when I started to crave spring. My luck. :D

I agree. I’m looking forward to spring, too. At least I will know what kind of weather to expect. Winters where I live are weird – freezing one day and warm the next. Anyway, thanks for the giveaway!

Thanks for the giveaway. I can’t wait to spring and summer either. I do not like winter at all. I hate that it gets dark so early and you have to wear lots of clothes and its cold and I don’t like snow. Please enter me in contest. Tore923@aol.com

  18. Jackie says:

In a way, I’m kind of glad this winter was un-winter-like. Believe it or not, I’ve lived in the north for about six years now, and still have yet to drive in snow. (This has been my first winter where I’ve owned my own car!). That being said, I’m kind of tired of this wishy-washy weather. 17 degrees one day, 45 and drizzly the next? I wish it would make up it’s mind already. Really, I would just like for it to commit to being just a tad bit warmer. I say bring on those thunderstorms! I live for those days.

I agree with you, it hasn’t been much of a real winter around here, but I am looking forward to the spring and warmer weather too! In the meantime, it’s all good to get wrapped up in a blanket and awesome books :) Thanks for the giveaway!

Thanks so much for the giveaway!  All of these books have been are on my TBR.

Where I live, we’ve had like 3-5 days of actual snow, then 1-2 days of snow melting, and the rest have been either 35+ or raining.  It’s a great winter in my opinion! I can’t wait for spring though, I’m sure it’s going to be warm so much sooner than usual and that’s exciting for me.

As I come to end of my fourth (!) European winter, I’m craving early morning sunrises, sitting outside for a glass of wine after work, the sun setting at 10pm, and NOT having to wear a coat, scarf, hat, gloves every time I venture out the door!  And being able to wear pretty shoes rather than boots all the time!

Thanks for including an international giveaway!
