The read -a-thon starts in just a few days and we thought it would be fun to make lists of our ‘Recommended’ read-a-thon reads! These are all books that I have devoured in no time and would definitely recommend if you are looking for the perfect read-a-thon reads.
The Perks of Beings a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
I read this last year during the read-a-thon. I finished it within a couple of hours so it’s a fast read, but more importantly, it’s an amazing read. It’s a utterly incredible book. It’s the perfect time to read it too, since the movie will be released in a couple of months.
Bittersweet by Sarah Ockler
This is an extremely fun and fast read! Make sure you have some cupcakes handy.
Love and Leftovers by Sarah Tregay
I really enjoyed this book. It’s written in verse so of course it’s a fast read, but it’s a really great story about growing up as well.
Something Like Normal by Trish Doller
You must read this book if you haven’t already. It’s completely amazing! It’s one of my favorites of the year! And you can get it finished in no time at all.
Ashes by Ilsa J. Bick
This is a long book but it’s one of the most intense things I have ever read. It’s impossible to put down!
