Can you believe it’s time for Book Blogger Appreciation week again already?! I can’t. I’ve decided to do most of the blogging topics post this year, because what better way to spread the love? To kick off BBAW we are talking about:
Appreciation! There are no awards this year, but it can still be hard to navigate the huge universe of book blogging. Share with your readers some of the blogs you enjoy reading daily and why.
One of my 2012 blogging goals was to comment more often. I think I’ve done really good too! Commenting and the Top Ten Tuesday feature has really lead me to discovering some amazing new blogs that I try to visit every day. Want to know what they are?
Rather Be Reading – These girls are awesome. They review a pretty eclectic selection of books and if I see their Own. READ THIS NOW image at the bottom of their post that book goes directly onto my TBR. If you aren’t reading Magan and Estelle’s blog you should change that.
Novel Sounds – Elena has become my number one book pusher. I add every single book that she reviews to my wish list. She reviews tons of books that most YA blogger aren’t reviewing so Novel Sounds is a fabulous place to find new reads. It also helps that Elena is supersweet and her blog is adorable.
The Grown-Up YA - Candice always makes me laugh. She writes really in depth, and super fun reviews!
VeganYANerds – I think we have a similar taste in books, but they are always reviewing ones that I haven’t read yet or heard of but I know that I will love. Plus, they usually have an adorable animal in their review pictures!
Then there’s the blogs that I feel like I’ve always loved:
Anna Reads - I really just adore Anna’s blog. She has really fun reviews and I love her Awful Drawings of Things I Like in Books posts! She always seems to have something fun up her sleeve.
Good Books and Good Wine - April’s blog has been a long time favorite of mine. I can always count on her to tell it like it is and swear in her posts! I like swearing….
YA Bliss – Sab is my book twin, you guys. We always like the same books…except for Insignia, apparently.
And I must not leave out my BBF’s (Best Blogging Friends):
Candace’s Book Blog & Readings Angel – I’m sure you’ve heard me tell the story about a million times, but we all started blogging together way back in 2008, after meeting on Shelfari in 2007. This whole blogging thing would have been so different without them. They are two of my best friends and I love them so much!
