10. If I Stay by Gayle Forman
This might be the only book that has ever  made me cry within the first chapter.

  1. YES. YES. YES. If Lauren Oliver wrote it, I probably cried as well. I think that I refrained from adding Delirium just because I had already listed Before I Fall, but it was equally as sad. – I can still remember the moment I read that last scene. AH. So many emotions.

And just yes to all of them!! I think the only one I haven’t read is Eleanor and Park, and I really don’t know why I haven’t given it a chance yet.

    Great list!

  10. The Time Traveler’s Wife! That book rips me to shreds, no matter how many times I read it. Ugh, it hurts just thinking about it! I haven’t read a lot of these, but I do have Eleanor & Park, If I Stay, Delirium, and Before I Fall on my TBR list. 17. YES to Delirium, Before I Fall, TFioS and If I Stay. Lauren Oliver seems to have a talent for making her readers all sad 😀

Still need to read Forbidden but I really don’t know if I might like something like that. But that it is so sad definitely makes me want to read it. I love sad books 😀

  21. Meh. The Fault in our Stars didn’t make me cry. Brought nothing new to the cancer table, aside from kids who don’t speak their age.
