I’m going to apologize in advance for this forever long wrap up. Maybe I need to start doing biweekly wrap ups to keep this shorter. I doubt that will happen lol.

December Uppercase Box Review
December was thankfully a much better month than November. Rowan turned 1 on the 3rd! I can’t believe my tiny baby is already 1! It really goes by way too fast. His birthday party, which I had lots of plans for, turned out to be a really small affair. I nixed most of the big plans and decorations. We still had a lot of fun. Rowan seemed to have had a good time, even if he didn’t really get that it was his birthday. He loved making a big mess with his cake. He didn’t eat much of it, but he sure smeared it everywhere.
My 30th birthday was a couple of weeks ago. I’m not one to go all out for birthdays or get hung up on a number, so it was just a relaxing day spent with all of my favorite boys.
Finn was beyond excited all month for Christmas. I think Beau and I and Santa did a great job on his gifts. 😉 The house looks like a toy factory exploded in here. It’s time to start purging some older toys. We’re planning to have a quiet New Year’s Eve and Day. I don’t remember the last time we did something special, honestly.
I also gave the blog a much needed makeover this month. After almost a year, I was really tired of the last design. This one feels so fresh and clean! I like it a lot. I hope you do too!
I hope you guys had a lovely December as well! Did you get any books or bookish gifts for the holidays? What did you read this month?
